Galaxy Baseball & Nevada Scouts Association Organizational Roles
Since day one, this program has been constantly striving toward scale. I have worked hard to cultivate important relationships with coaches and directors in Vegas, and there are some big projects in the works. 2025 is going to be a massive year for this program. That said, we felt it necessary to create some roles within the organization that will balance the workload and allow everyone to continue working toward scale and growth for the program.
In addition to the Board of Directors, which handles finances, planning, and quality assurance, we have divided the day-to-day responsibilities into four Baseball Operations roles.
- Director of Baseball Operations | Patrick K. Flowers
- High School Baseball Director | Jack Bridson
- Youth Baseball Director | Eli Cline
- Coaching Coordinator | Jose Aguilar

- Recruit and vet potential additions to the program’s coaching staff.
- Ensure that all coaches adhere to background checks.
These roles will allow us to have a more concentrated workflow in 2025 as we prepare to make the next natural progression within the program. These roles are already in effect, demonstrating our readiness for the upcoming season.
2025 Tentative Schedule
In 2025, we will operate on a 52-week calendar, with off periods, player development periods, and competition periods strategically placed throughout the schedule. This careful planning ensures that our players will have the best opportunities for growth and success.
We have begun working on the 2025 tournament schedule, but at this point, we’re comfortable releasing the weekly schedule, which will provide parents and players with timelines for each end of the year and what we will be doing.
2025 Galaxy Baseball & Nevada Scouts Association Pricing & Uniforms
Cost-effectiveness has been and always will be a significant point of emphasis for this program. We feel, quite frankly, that we can do as much or more than most programs with less. Still, with scale in mind and plans in motion to create a program that was never dreamt of here, prices are slightly increasing to accommodate such progress in 2025.
In 2025, our partnership with Wilson and its family of brands (EvoShield, DeMarini, Louisville Slugger, Wilson, and A-Tec) will allow us to:
- Provide our players with a top-of-the-line on-field uniform and training apparel package from one of the most reputable and trusted brands in sports.
- Create a direct-to-consumer ordering (and re-ordering) system in which parents will be provided a link to the team uniform store in January. They will be able to select the 2025 on-field package for their specific age level, record their sizing information, pay Wilson directly, and have their uniforms shipped to their homes.
- Relieve us of sponsor fulfillment duties by handling the application of sponsor logos on jerseys.
- Relieve us of uniforms’ collection, sorting, and sticker application, allowing us to spend more time on the on-field product.
- Provide our parents and players exclusive discounts on all apparel, equipment, and accessories from Wilson and their brand of families.
2025 Galaxy Baseball (Youth Baseball Program) On-Field Package
2025 Nevada Scouts Association (High School Baseball Program) On-Field Package
In 2025, all parents will purchase their uniform package directly from Wilson at a price of less than but up to $500.
The uniform package will include the following:
- Two (2) EvoShield game jerseys with the player’s last name and jersey number.
- Two (2) EvoShield pre-game/practice jerseys with the player’s last name and jersey number.
- Two (2) EvoShield hats.
- One (1) EvoShield pant.
- One (1) EvoShield belt.
- One (1) EvoShield batting helmet with team logo and player numbers.
- One (1) EvoShield equipment bag with team logo and player jersey number.
- One(1) EvoShield training short(s) with team logo.
Beyond the uniform package that will be purchased in January after the rosters are finalized, parents will pay the following monthly dues, which will cover all tournaments, games, insurance, equipment, and field allocations for the entirety of the 2025 calendar year.
While prices have increased, we’re still far and away the most competitively priced year-round travel baseball organization in the Nevada region, providing a premium product. We are committed to making our program accessible to all families, and our pricing structure reflects this.
2025 Sponsorships & Benefits
In 2025, we’ve trimmed down and focused our offering of benefits for potential sponsors, using data from the 2024 sponsorship drive and the desire to reduce the program’s fulfillment efforts. This again provides us with more time to focus on the on-field product while still capitalizing on our non-profit status and the ability to offset costs through the support of the public.
Here is a copy of our letter to potential new and returning sponsors and donors, as well as the offering of benefits and pricing breakdown:
In 2025, we’re committed to equipping the program with state-of-the-art technology such as Rapsodo and Driveline Pulse arm care and stress metering devices. This will allow our Player Development Program to provide unmatched capabilities with an emphasis on individual player action plans and player health, safety, and longevity.
These sponsorships and donations will provide us with those financial capabilities. Please feel free to act as a representative of the program to procure any sponsorship dollars.
We will begin our 2025 sponsorship and donor drive immediately.
2025 Plans
In 2025, we have huge goals on our radar. We will provide players of all age levels with a comprehensive Winter Player Development Program, including a return-to-throwing program and a strength and conditioning program. We will also conduct baseline athletic evaluation testing to create a baseline of each player’s individual athletic output and capabilities and use that to monitor progress and workload throughout the year.
We will also hold a High School Player Development Program during the months of the High School baseball season, in which high school players will have a throwing program and strength and conditioning program, as well as recruiting education and assistance such as recruiting profiles, education events on NCAA recruiting guidelines, training workshops on crafting and responding to collegiate coaches and recruiters, as well as education on best practices on grades, social media use, and much more.
In the season, all players will play in various tournaments, including Perfect Game, Vegas Valley (USSSA), out-of-town events, and premier recruiting events for High school-aged players.
For our High School players, we’re working with Vegas Valley to create a Nevada Scouts Association and Vegas Valley Fall Prospect League and select high-profile recruiting events out-of-state that will feature upperclassmen, high-level underclassmen, and some of the best players in the Vegas region.
We promise that the 2025 season will be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced and will provide our families with the best product and value in the industry and our players with exclusive opportunities to develop on and off the field and reach their full potential.
We’ve already made immense progress in this program in a short period, and we’re not slowing down. We hope that you’re along for the ride.
Best,
Patrick K. Flowers
